Last year my giveaway was to celebrate 2,000,000 page views. I’m now over 6 so I’m paying for this myself and Amazon will be Santa for me but it won’t make it for Christmas..
THE PRIZE
This is my favorite new cookbook. Not only is it 822 pages but over 6 pounds… OK not a good reason…. I will try again.
This book will make you a better cook. It is as close as it comes to going to cooking school but just a book. Chock full of culinary know how for the beginner or experienced cook alike. I find myself just studying it sometimes. If you don’t win it, then you should buy it. Retail value $45. (plus it’s a big beautiful book…)

1) The giveaway is open to USA and Canadian residents. The Canadians seem to always be left out due to customs issues. Well we Michiganders will not stand for it I say (this time at least). Since I’m buying the book from Amazon and directly shipping to you (read lazy me), I can order from Amazon.ca if needed (I hope).
2) You must be 18 years of age or older.
