How To Make Crouton


A crouton is a pice of a sauteed or rebaked bread often cubed and seasoned, that is used to add texture and flavor to salads notably the Caesar salad, as an accompaniment to soups or as a snack food.

Ingredients:
6 slices bread
1 tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste

Procedure:
1. Remove the sides of the bread, then slice it into cubes.


2. Put in a baking tray then sprinkle with olive oil and salt.Pre-heat the oven to 200C then bake it for 4 minutes or until done.
3. You can store it in a jar and use as salad or soup toppings or as a crispy snack anytime you want it. 🙂
