Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 glass of sugar
- 1 glass of fresh cream
- 1 glass of 00 flour
- ½ glass of bitter cocoa
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- Powdered sugar to taste
Preparation:
To start preparing mother-in-law’s chocolate cake, break the eggs into a large bowl and start mixing. Add gradually sugar, fresh cream and flour, continuing to mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Once all the ingredients are well mixed, incorporated the bitter cocoa and finally add the baking powder, mixing carefully to avoid lumps. Pour the mixture into a round baking pan 24cm in diameter, lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven and cook at 180°C for 40 minutes if you use a static oven, or at 170°C if you use a fan oven.
Once cooking is finished, let cool the cake for a few minutes before removing it from the pan and removing the sheet of baking paper from the base.
