Let's say that it is a very simple recipe and that it can be found in countless variations. Let's say that we do it in this way which is perhaps the most traditional one. So let's start ours cooking recipe Fried onion rings , cleaning and cutting the onions into 1 cm rings, if you have a slicer we recommend using it. Then wash them in fresh water and then proceed to dry. Then mix the flour with the spices and salt. Once this is done, proceed to pour the beer several times, stirring gently with a fork. Once this is done you will have to let the batter rest for about 30 minutes. Finally, you will have to dip the onion rings in the batter, drain them carefully and fry them in hot oil in small quantities several times. Finally, you will have to drain on absorbent paper to remove excess grease. Salt according to your taste or that of your guests.
