DAY 1 #Focaccia | Family – Gordon Ramsay’s version

DAY 1 #Focaccia

Dear Family, a new series is born for you today: “#Family”!

That's right, because it's all for you!

#Family is a collection of

  • video
  • stories
  • recipes
  • solutions in the kitchen
  • advice on using household appliances
  • tool reviews
  • products to use
    FOR
  • give some advice to those who have lived there for a while in the world of celiac disease and intolerances
  • solve some problems for those in this world who think they are too tight.

Remember Family, there is always something to share with you, you with me! I listen to you in the comments for your tips and solutions in the kitchen!

Let's start Cara Family, from the very late afternoon when you stop working and you still have dinner to prepare!

While the chicken nuggets are browning in a pan, I tell you that you can knead a nice focaccia for the next day, even with all the leftovers of the mixes that remain open to you and you never know what to do with it!

10 minutes of planetary mixer, a couple of grams of yeast (mine is fresh and frozen) a long leavening in the fridge that doesn't give you worries and without getting your hands dirty, you can have a delicious focaccia every day for the whole family.

This is my DAY 1 solution for a nice simple and versatile focaccia that makes itself, while dinner is on the fire!
