Easy Fudge recipe that is made with chocolate and vanilla pudding mixes, no candy thermometer necessary. This chocolate fudge recipe only requires six ingredients and only takes a few minutes to make. Delicious fudge recipe that turns out perfectly every time.
Easy Fudge recipe is one of the most unique fudge recipes that I’ve ever tried. There are so many different fudge recipes and most of the ones I’ve tried have been very similar – chocolate, sugar, sometimes marshmallow. A lot of times you have to boil the mixture to a very precise temperature to be able to get it to the exact right consistency. Not this recipe!
This chocolate fudge recipe has two different kinds of pudding in it and you only have to boil the mixture for 1 minute before adding the remaining ingredients and mixing together. The fudge only takes a couple of hours to set up in the refrigerator and is absolutely delicious too!
Ingredients in Easy Fudge recipe
-butter
-chocolate pudding mix (cook & serve, NOT instant)
-vanilla pudding mix (cook & serve, NOT instant)
-milk
-powdered sugar
-vanilla extract
How to make Easy Chocolate Fudge
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the pudding mixes and milk. Continue to stir and bring the mixture to boiling, letting it boil for 1 minute. The mixture will start to thicken quite a bit and won’t look very smooth, but that’s ok!
Remove the pan from heat and add the powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer to beat in the sugar until the mixture is smooth. Add the vanilla and mix just until combined.
Pour the mixture into a buttered 8X8 pan. Chill for about 2-3 hours or until fudge sets and can be cut into squares.

Can you freeze chocolate fudge?
Yes! Freezing fudge is easy. Just double wrap it in plastic wrap or parchment paper, then store it in an airtight container. Will stay fresh for 3 months. Thaw and cut into squares to serve.
How long does Fudge last?
If stored in an airtight container on the countertop, fudge will stay good for about a week. It does slowly dry out, so I recommend enjoying it within 4-5 days.
When to Serve chocolate fudge
