Potatoes, onions and breadcrumbs make a delicious side dish.

TOMATOES STUFFED WITH RICE

  • 12 large tomatoes
  • 200 g of Carnaroli rice
  • 160 g of scamorza
  • 60 g parmesan or pecorino
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • Parsley
  • Basil
  • Half a clove of garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 medium potatoes, about 300 gr
  • Half onion
  • Origan
  • 20 g of breadcrumbs
