Mediterranean chicken fillet is a dish that Cucina Geek’s grandmother prepares with ingredients and flavors typical of Mediterranean cuisine such as tomatoes, olives and wine. Mediterranean dishes can often be prepared because they are light, fresh and aromatic, and reflect the simplicity and quality of the ingredients used. Furthermore, you can prepare Mediterranean chicken in a pan in about ten minutes.Mediterranean pan-fried chicken

Side dishes for Mediterranean chicken

Mediterranean chicken can be served with rice, couscous, roasted potatoes or a fresh vegetable salad. It is a versatile dish that adapts to multiple contexts, from informal to more refined ones. While you can make Mediterranean chicken year-round, it’s especially good for the warm months, when fresh vegetables are in season. In summer, vegetables like tomatoes are tastier and more seasonal.

Extra Tips:

  • Don’t overcook the chicken: The chicken must reach an internal temperature of 75°C. Use a kitchen thermometer to be precise.
  • Let the chicken rest: After cooking, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before cutting it. This allows the juices to redistribute within the meat.

By following these tricks, your Mediterranean chicken fillet will be juicy, moist and full of flavor! Enjoy your meal!
