- 350 ml of tomato sauce
- 3 eggs
- 6 tablespoons grated cheese (pecorino or parmesan)
- 100 g of mozzarella
- 100 g cooked ham (optional)
- Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
Preparation
The first thing to do to prepare the spaghetti omelette with sauce it is the tomato sauce with basil, to be set aside once ready.
