Guest canapes
Let the kids help you prepare a buffet for an aperitif or a party. Among others, compose together some lumpfish egg canapes. Toast slices of bread and whip 100 g of butter. Add the contents of two cans of "caviar", salt and lemon juice. Spread the slices of bread with the mixture, then decorate with green aphthae cut into clubs.
Boil one and a half liters of broth and pour in 250 g of semolina, always stirring with a wooden spoon. Cook for half an hour, then remove from the heat and add two egg yolks and mix well to incorporate them. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve.
Whimsical Eggs
Cut 500 g of boiled potatoes into slices then place them in a baking dish greased with butter and cover with slices of mozzarella. Shell four eggs on top without breaking the yolks, add salt and pepper. Infiocchettate with butter, sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
Dense Bananas
Macerate eight bananas cut lengthwise with liqueur and sugar, then pass them in the egg and breadcrumbs. Fry them in butter and sweeten them.
