Spanish Beef Cooking Recipe


Ingredients for 4/6 people:

We now propose this cooking recipe which is Spanish-style beef with Lauro and Rosemary. A very tasty and tasty recipe that will surely meet your culinary tastes.

600 gr of beef pulp,

  • 3 tomatoes,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 stalk of celery,
  • 3 potatoes,
  • 3 carrots,
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley,
  • 1 bay leaf,
  • 1 sprig of rosemary,
  • 2 tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper.

Clean and cut all the vegetables into small pieces or slices: sprinkle them on the bottom of a saucepan in which you have poured the oil and, on top of the vegetables, put the meat you have tied to keep it well compacted. Cover the saucepan with the lid and cook over moderate heat for about two and a half hours. When the meat is cooked, remove it from the casserole, cut it into fairly thick slices and arrange it on a serving dish, covering it with the vegetables and cooking sauce.
