Halloween treats are perfect for children's parties. For these sweets I used packaged snacks, colored sugared almonds and licorice. If you prefer, you can make the dessert yourself. Few ingredients are needed, the realization is very simple and super fast, and you will amaze your children. If you prefer a super simple themed cake, the no-bake chocolate and biscuit cake is perfect!

Ingrediants

  • Motta swivels (or similar)
  • OREO biscuits
  • Licorice swivels
  • Confetti Smarties
  • Nutella
  • muffin
  • Chocolate sprinkles

SWEETS OWLS:

As a base we use a “Girella Motta” snack (or similar sweet). The upper part will be the chocolate one for the eyes we use the OREO.

We open two and use half with the cream (the other half will be used later for the bats). We press the OREOs on the Girella. To create the feathers on the owl's eyes we use a licorice swivel, cut two pieces and shape them with scissors. Let's add the pupils and the beak using the Smarties.

BAT SWEETS

we again use a "Girella Motta" as a base by turning it with the chocolate part upwards, we place two OREO half biscuits to create the bat wings, finally we add the Smarties to create the eyes, with a toothpick dipped in Nutella we make the pupils of the bat.

DOLCETTI RAGNETTI

To make the spiders we use a muffin as a base (for convenience I used the packaged ones, but you can also make them yourself if you have time). Spread the Nutella on the top of the muffin, dip it in the chocolate sprinkles. We make holes with a toothpick, 4 holes on each side. Now to make the legs we use the licorice swivels, unroll them and cut the legs to the right length. We insert the legs into the 8 holes. Finally, let's add the Smarties to create the eyes. And here is ready i Spiders for Halloween!

The pumpkin plumcake and chocolate chips it's a sweet autumn soft and very greedy. Enveloping and with a delicate flavor, this plum cake is ideal for both healthy breakfast for a good snack.

This dessert has the characteristic of having in the dough raw pumpkin pulp, unlike other dessert recipes where cooked is used.

There pumpkin, the prince vegetable of autumn, added to baked desserts makes them exquisitely moist and very soft, also giving that classic golden color that makes even the dullest morning happier!

Also add the pumpkin, or other vegetables in desserts such as carrots, it's also a clever way to get your kids to eat some vegetables. Given that once minced and mixed in the dough, both the pumpkin and the carrots do not cover the flavor and blend perfectly.

About the quality of the pumpkin to be preferred to prepare this plum cake, and in general for other desserts, we recommend you a little watery quality, with firm flesh. Such as the delica or small green-skinned pumpkins which are the most compact.

Baked Beer Chicken: marinating and then cooking in beer makes the chicken particularly juicy and very soft. Rosemary and bay leaves flavor the chicken, and the restricted sauce of the beer makes the chicken very tasty. The recipe is very easy to make. RECIPES WITH CHICKEN

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 4 pieces of chicken (2 drumsticks and 2 thigh detectors)
  • 300 ml of beer
  • rosemary and bay leaf
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

How to make Baked Beer Chicken

We put the chicken (boneless and preferably without skin) in an ovenproof dish, add oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary and bay leaf, pour the beer and cover with cling film. We marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes.We remove from the fridge, turn the chicken pieces, salt and pepper the other side. We cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes at 200 °. After 15 minutes, remove from the oven, turn the chicken pieces and bake again without foil to complete the cooking and reduce the sauce to the beer (about another 20-25 minutes).

If, when cooked, the beer sauce is still very liquid, we can reduce it in a pan, perhaps adding a spoonful of honey. We serve and sprinkle with the beer sauce obtained.
