Chicken Parmesan Sliders made in under 30 minutes and perfect for game day! Simple & flavorful Chicken Parm recipe made into easy appetizers. This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Breville and Gardein for Conagra. All opinions are 100% mine. The Gardein products I use in this video were sent to me by Conagra. I was also supplied with a Breville Combi Wave to cook my recipes.

I love it when classic recipes are turned into faster versions that anyone can make at home! This fun appetizer takes two favorites and turns them into one simple dish that’s easy to make and tastes incredible. Perfect for game day, parties or any type of get-together.

Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan Sliders

Here’s what you’ll need to make this recipe:

Slider Buns & Chicken Tenders– I opted to use Gardein’s meatless Chick’n Sliders and really enjoyed them! My kids had no idea they were eating plant-based sliders and we all loved the tender, juicy taste. Whether you’re eating plant-based for a day, a month or forever, Gardein has the food that will deliver great taste on any occasion.

Grape Tomatoes– instead of using marinara sauce, I used whole grape tomatoes that I baked alongside the chicken. You can’t beat the fresh, tangy flavor of roasted tomatoes!

Cheese– I used both Parmesan Cheese and Mozzarella cheese on my sliders for maximum cheesy flavor.

Olive Oil drizzle– I combined olive oil with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, a pinch of brown sugar and coarse salt for added flavor.

How to make Chicken Parm Sliders

Here’s how to make sliders:

Prep the Olive Oil Blend

Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, brown sugar and salt together in a small bowl.

Bake the Chicken & Tomatoes

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place the chicken patties & grape tomatoes on a small baking sheet. Brush both with olive oil mixture. Bake for 15 minutes, turning half way through.

I baked my sliders in a Breville Combi Wave 3-in-1. It’s the size of a toaster oven but does SO much more! It’s an air fryer, convection oven and inverter microwave all in one appliance. It was so simple to use and I love crisping the  chicken and roasting tomatoes in the small, countertop appliance.

The Breville is perfect for my teen to use and I am really enjoying all the programmed cooking features. (Hello, perfect reheated pizza!)

Toast Cheese & Buns

Remove from oven. Top chicken patties with cheese and return to oven for 2-3 minutes, until melted.

Assemble the Sliders

Assemble sliders, placing the chicken on top of the bottom bun, then topping with 3-4 tomatoes and additional cheese, if desired. Place the top bun on the tomatoes and brush with olive oil. Repeat for remaining 3 sliders.

Bake an additional 4-5 minutes. Serve immediately.

Serving Sliders

Sliders are best served immediately, hot from the oven. They’re great for parties too, where they can be kept warm and served later. Just store in an airtight dish, or cover with foil to retain heat.

I love serving sliders for game day get-togethers, parties or even after school when all the teenagers hungrily descend on your house!

Baked Philly Cheesesteak Sliders – Go Giants! by Gordon Ramsay

Baked Philly Cheesesteak Sliders – Go Giants!

The Philly Cheesesteak is a simple
sandwich to make, as long as you’re making them in a restaurant. To make a
proper one, you need a professional meat slicer, and a very hot flattop grill,
which aren’t things most people have at home.

That’s why I loved this baked
slider method so much. It’s really close in taste and texture, plus, as I
mentioned in the video, the small rolls make me feel like a big man.

I love the combo of provolone and cream
cheese here, but if you’re a Cheese Wiz head, you can easily switch in some
mild orange cheddar, and you’ll swear you’re at Pat’s. Of course, you could
just skip the cream cheese, and actually use Cheese Whiz, but I really hope you
don’t.

Speaking of feeling like a giant, football season is upon
us, and I can’t think of a better sandwich to make for your buddies coming over
to watch the game. Especially if they’re from Philly, and don’t like the
Giants, since you can share my theory with them. Regardless, I really do hope
you give these baked Philly cheesesteak sliders a try soon. Enjoy!

Ingredients for 10 Baked Philly Cheesesteak Sliders:

10 mini sandwich rolls, or crusty not-sweet dinner rolls

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound top sirloin steak

salt, freshly ground black pepper, and cayenne to taste

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 cup sliced, or chopped pickled peppers

1/2 cup soft cream cheese

1 1/2 cups provolone cheese for filling, plus at least 1 cup
more for tops

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Note: Be sure to taste your filling for salt before stuffing
rolls

– Bake at 425 F. for about 15 minutes.

Meatball-Stuffed Garlic Bread Sliders – A Hole Lot of Awesome by Gordon Ramsay

Meatball-Stuffed Garlic Bread Sliders – A Hole Lot of Awesome

I’ve wanted to do a video for baked cheeseburger sliders for
a while now, but I’ve also been craving a meatball sub, so long story short,
this is what I ended up with, and they were amazing. Above and beyond some
decent ingredients, the real secret to these beauties is placing the meatball in through the
top of the roll, versus splitting and stuffing in the traditional manner.

I can’t explain exactly why, but there’s something very
special about these, and they really were a lot of fun to eat. Maybe it ‘s the
symmetry, or center of gravity, but they just feel right in your hand. I’m not
sure who invented this technique, but I first saw it on a blog called, Cooking for Keeps, so they get the credit for now.

Like I mention in the video, this easy procedure would lend
itself to all kinds of variations, and I expect to see some great ones shared
on social media soon. We’re getting close to the Super Bowl, and like I said
before, it’s not about who wins the trophy, but rather who wins the snack
table, and if you show up with these, that will be you. So, I really do hope
you give these meatballs-stuffed garlic bread sliders a try soon. Enjoy!

Ingredients for 18 Meatball-Stuffed Garlic Bread Sliders:

18 dinner rolls (I used Hawaiian rolls, but will try regular
less-sweet ones next time)

3 tablespoons butter infused with 3 or 4 cloves of crushed
or minced garlic

1 pound grass-fed beef

1 diced yellow onion and a few cloves of garlic sautéed
until soft in olive oil

2 tablespoons freshly chopped parley, plus more for garnish

1 large egg

1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs

1 cup grated fontina cheese, divided (big handful in the
meatball mix, and the rest on top)

2 teaspoons kosher salt

freshly ground black pepper and cayenne to taste

2 cups prepared tomato sauce

freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese for the top
