There’s nothing I like more than campfire food without camping! 

Ok, not really. 

But kind of. 

I’m just not a camp-y sort of girl (my mom always said her idea of camping was roughing it on the floor of a hotel room with room service. I must have inherited that from her)!

Don’t hate!

These cookies are kind of like the best of both worlds: s’mores + chocolate chip cookies? Mmk!

This is another recipe discovery & attempt thanks to and via Pinterest… and another winner!

Campfire S’Mores Cookies

1 c. butter

1 c. brown sugar

Cream together butter and sugar until incorporated, and then add>>

2 eggs

2 tsp. vanilla

After mixing, finish off with>>

2+ c. flour (I needed to add a bit more)

½ tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

1 c. milk chocolate chips (or one giant Hershey’s bar, chopped)

1 c. mini marshmallows

Scoop dough on top of 1/2 graham cracker. (Make sure they’re on parchment paper or a silicone mat- the marshmallows can/will slide off and stick really easily.)

Bake at 325 for 11 minutes (keep an eye on them because the graham cracker will burn quickly).
