Next time you have leftovers parmesan crusts don’t throw them away! Try cooking them in the air fryer at 200 degrees for 10 minutes: you will get some super crunchy chips perfect for an aperitif with friends or a healthy and genuine snack to enjoy in front of your favorite film!

The process for preparing them is very simple: just scrape the parmesan crusts with a knife to eliminate any impurities that may be present on the external crust. Then you can cut them into small pieces, place them inside the air fryer basket and cook them at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. During cooking they will swell and become super crunchy!

This is an excellent anti-waste recipe, perfect for recycling parmesan rinds that we would otherwise be tempted to throw away.

These chips can also be used to enrich salads and give that touch of crunchiness which will make them even tastier and more appetizing!

If you have never tried them I recommend you do an experiment in the kitchen and try to prepare them the next time you have some parmesan rinds left over.

Parmesan rinds can also be used to flavor broths for cooking pasta or preparing delicious risottos.

They can also be made crispy cooking them in the microwave at maximum power for approximately 1 minute. Then they are left to cool completely and enjoyed.

The ingredients are simply dark chocolate, or if you prefer milk, and simple ones biscuits. The process is very simple and fast. First, the chocolate is melted in a bain-marie and spread on a sheet of baking paper, which is in turn placed on a tray.

They are arranged on top of the biscuits neatly, leaving them slightly spaced apart. Then it is left to rest to allow the chocolate to solidify. To do this first, you can place the tray in the refrigerator or, if desired, in the freezer. or leave it at room temperature for a few hours.
