Bananas for Peaches Smoothie

0000

Peaches are my second favorite “summer fruit” (right after strawberries), and I usually buy them in bulk because I love them so much. Have you ever tried peach cobbler? Yum! The other day I was experimenting with my Magic Bullet and made this incredible banana peach smoothie. The flavors go very well together, and it is a really refreshing summertime drink. Perfect for those hot afternoons!

This weekend we went on a little getaway to South Lake Tahoe. I have never been there in the summer because we usually go for the winter ski season. It was incredible. The weather was not too hot, but warm enough to enjoy watersports on the lake like kayaking, waterskiing, jetskiing and boating. The weekend was so short, but we did a lot in such a short time so it was definitely worth the drive up from SF! We rented a cozy cabin in the woods and BBQ’d some delicious food.

Do you have any summer vacation plans yet for this year?
