Happy Thanksgiving! I hope everyone got to enjoy a homemade Thanksgiving dinner yesterday. My Mom and Grandma put on an amazing dinner, and I ate a little bit of everything on the table. Of course we had a lot of leftovers, which brings me to this turkey pot pie recipe. It is perfect for using up that leftover turkey, and I especially like it during the end of fall when it starts to get cold. This hearty comfort dish makes the perfect post-Thanksgiving dinner.
