So I am back on track- my parents left today (so sad!) and I am starting to re-organize my life and get back into the swing of things already. I’ve been feeling an incredible urge to be healthier with my diet lately, so heads up, there might be something that is actually good for you showing up on here soon! I’ve been contemplating going vegan for a month to just see how I would feel. I”ve been real nauseas and exhausted lately and I think it has a lot to do with my diet- maybe going vegan for a bit will kind of detox my body and get me back into a more comfortable state? We’ll see. I’m just toying with the idea right now, no commitments yet. I think it would be pretty hard- I do love my eggs and dairy products…

This Weeks Pick: I love the gooey factor to this cake. It is out of this world!! It’s a chocolate cake with dollops of a sweet cream cheese mixture, which creates “craters” in the cake as it bakes. The whole thing is then taken to the next level with a fudgy chocolate topping. Ooey-gooey goodness!!!
