HOW TO PREPARE SOFT AND TASTY CHICKEN ROLLS
• Arrange the slice of chicken breast on a plate and place a slice of cooked ham on top, a piece of mozzarella for pizzas, arranged horizontally, a bit of chopped parsley and season with salt.
• Close and roll up, creating the classic roll.
• Secure the ends with a toothpick on each side and set aside.
Prepare the sauce:
• In a medium-sized non-stick pan, melt a knob of clarified butter with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Arrange the chicken rolls and reduce the heat. Sauté a few minutes on each side.
• Pour the white wine, let it evaporate for a few minutes and season with salt. At this point add a pinch of turmeric (for info about it, read in the "Tips" ▼ below) the chopped parsley and if needed sprinkle with a little water.
• Continue to cook for a few minutes until the rolls are cooked to your liking.
• When cooked, remove the toothpicks.
• Serve your chicken rolls hot, so that the mozzarella runs out.
• You can replace turmeric with a pinch of curry for a more lively flavor or with a sachet of saffron dissolved in ½ glass of hot water.
• You can replace the mozzarella for pizza with some fresh scamorza cheese.
