Two tasty and healthy quick recipes with broccoli!

1 – Because if you like them crunchy like me, I'm alone 5 minutes of cooking, otherwise you can lengthen the times and make them softer!

2 – They do not develop smells in the kitchen (especially if you add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar together with the water before baking!).

3 – All the flavor and the property some broccoli (and any vegetables you decide to cook this way!) will remain in the food, and even eaten so naturally, they will be delicious!

4 – Basically without any seasoning, you have a versatile and very tasty vegetable that you can use for a thousand other recipes and make them what you want!

5 – Immediately ready to freeze! You can cook them in quantity, let them cool, portion is to freeze, in order to have a ready-made vegetable base for pasta, salads, omelettes, meatballs, side dishes au gratin or in a pan!
