HARD BOILED EGGS… IN THE OVEN!

You know those things you try, and immediately think, ‘Why did I not learn this years ago?’ This ^^ is one of those things. Where have I been!? Eggs! In the OVEN! Genius.
My daughter is a terribly picky eater, but one thing she will always eat are eggs.
Any way. Anytime.
Her favorite way to eat eggs are hard boiled, minus the yolk. I boil eggs aaaaaaaaalllll the time. Now, I’m not sure I’ll ever boil eggs again! (Hey! And your house only smells like stinky eggs once. Sweet!) I will add the only quirky side affect is that some eggs get little brown “burn” spots. But they’re not burnt. So I’m not sure why…  🙂
“Hard Boiled” Eggs in the Oven
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place eggs in muffin tins so they don’t roll around.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove eggs and cool in ice water.
Pat yourself on the back!
 ^^ Before going in…
^^ After coming out! They’re freckled:)
 (^^ Before & after.)
 ^^ Chillin’.

^^ Happy Elle.
