Smoothie Apple Pie: This apple dessert also called Pan di Mele it was a pleasant discovery. I like pies with apples, I have prepared several in this blog, but this one has the advantage of being very fast in preparation (you don't even have to peel the apples!) And the apples are not visible because they are pureed. all the others ingredients they will be inserted into the blender, therefore of an incredible speed! In a maximum of 3 minutes the cake is ready to be baked! In this period, apple pies are perfect, both for breakfast and as a snack for the little ones, if you are attentive to the shape you can reduce the sugar a little, up to 100 grams it remains sweet. Now that my daughter is at home for a long time, she is 7 years old and here the schools have been closed for a couple of weeks, she asks me if she can help me in the kitchen; every now and then in my videos you see little hands pouring ingredients they are hers! For those with small children, preparing desserts and recipes together is a nice pastime, they keep busy, learn to distinguish the ingredients, colors and flavors, and will also appreciate the result of the recipe more, thinking they have made it they will eat it more willingly.

How to prepare the apple pie "Pan di Mele"

We wash them well apples cut them into pieces leaving the peel, remove the ends, core and seeds, pour the pieces into the blender with the juice of the middle lemon, we operate and whisk.

We gradually add the other ingredients to the blender, first sugar and the eggs and we operate to blend, then theseed oil,

the essence of rum, (or a teaspoon of liqueur or cinnamon or lemon peel) and operate the blender / mixer again for a few moments, finally add the flour with the baking powder, and a pinch of salt. We operate the blender for a few more seconds and the dough is ready.

Let's butter and flour one cake pan (I used one from 22 cm) and pour the mixture into the pan.

In the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. If the surface darkens too quickly, place a sheet of aluminum foil on the grill at the top level of the oven. To check if the cooking is complete, as always, use a toothpick inserting it into the cake, if it comes out dry the cake will be ready. If there is still some dough attached to the toothpick, then you have to keep a little longer in the oven

Let it cool on a wire rack and add a little icing sugar. Surface cracks are normal! Enjoy your meal!
