Ingredients:
15 gr. of brewer's yeast, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 3 tablespoons of warm milk, 200 gr. of flour, 100 gr. of butter, 2 eggs.
Brioche preparation
Flour, sugar, salt, warmed milk. Put the flour, butter, eggs in the container of a food processor or blender and work until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Turn off, add the yeast and let it work for another twenty seconds.
