THE baskets of oats and yogurt they are greedy dessert light and fresh, ideal for yours summer breakfasts. They are an original way to eat oat flakes and require very little time to prepare.
The ingredients are very few: bananas, oat flakes, honey, yogurt and fresh fruit. They are cooked for a few minutes in the oven so that they become crunchy, then they are filled with yogurt and fresh fruit.
In this recipe we filled them with low-fat Greek yogurt, but you can opt for any other type of yogurt. Finally they are filled with fresh fruit and melted chocolate or a simple cream of bitter cocoa and water.
They look really nice and appetizing, not very sweet and ideal for a satiating and low-calorie breakfast.
