Banana And Peanut Plumcake Recipe


To make ours banana and peanut plumcake we begin to roughly cut the peanuts with a knife and put them aside. In a bowl we knead the eggs with the caster sugar (with the help of an electric or hand whisk) until the mixture is frothy and clear.

We crush the bananas to obtain a puree and cut the butter into cubes. We add the puree to the beaten eggs bananas and the butter.

We continue to mix for another two / three minutes and add the flour sifted, the baking powder and finally the peanuts. Gently mix all the ingredients and pour into a baking dish plum cake previously greased and floured.

We bake in a preheated static oven at 180 ° C for 35_40 minutes.

When our plum cake it will have cooled down, we can sprinkle the surface of the cake with a little powdered sugar and decorate with some peanut.

Ideal to be enjoyed with good cinnamon tea and voila, snack ready!
