The tartlets with fruit and Chantilly cream they are fresh and delicious tarts, perfect for a snack or a delicious end to a meal.

The shortcrust pastry base is crunchy and crumbly, the Chantilly cream is light and fluffy, the fresh fruit adds that truly inviting touch of colour!

Tartlets are a perfect dessert for a birthday buffet or for a refined dessert to bring to friends. To prepare them you can also use the ready-made shortcrust pastryor prepare it at home following this recipe.

To prepare the mini tartlets you will need the appropriate molds with grooves or you can use the muffin tray and place a disk of shortcrust pastry in each space.

For the filling you can opt for a classic custard or Chantilly cream. For decoration, choose berries or strawberries or other fruit of your liking.

The important thing is that it is cut into small portions and arranged in an orderly manner.
